We help survivors of abuse step into safe, sustainable careers — transforming fear into financial independence.

At iJourney Foundation, we believe lasting change comes from opportunity, not charity. Our programs are designed to help survivors of abuse rebuild their lives with safety, dignity, and a clear path to independence.

From mentorship to financial literacy, we invest in survivors’ long-term growth — helping them not only find work but build a future of self-reliance and resilience.

By connecting survivors to protective work programs and employer partnerships, we ensure they can build sustainable income while safeguarding their privacy and security.

We cover the cost of insurance licensing, exam fees, and study resources, removing financial barriers that prevent survivors from stepping into stable careers.

In some urgent cases, when resources allow, we can provide short-term housing and relocation assistance, creating a safe bridge for survivors as they prepare for their next chapter.

We are more than a nonprofit — we are a bridge to independence. At iJourney Foundation, we turn hardship into hope by providing survivors of abuse the tools and support needed to rebuild safe, sustainable lives. Through licensing, career pathways, and transitional support, we help survivors not only survive, but thrive.

A survivor and advocate, Sireena Kelly leads iJourney Foundation with lived experience and compassion. After escaping a forced labor operation, and the leaders of that operations being brought to justice, she dedicated her life to helping others rebuild theirs. Her vision is simple: create safety, opportunity, and hope for survivors ready to begin again.
A survivor with a strong mind for structure and care, Dinene brings balance to every part of iJourney Foundation. Having rebuilt her own life from crisis, she now helps ensure every dollar serves its purpose — providing safety, training, and opportunity for others doing the same. Her quiet strength keeps the mission grounded and growing.
Brian Henderson believes every survivor deserves more than safety — they deserve opportunity. As both advocate and strategist, he helps expand iJourney Foundation’s reach through partnerships and community engagement. His leadership ensures that support extends far beyond shelter, creating lasting pathways to stability.
Behind every success story is a team of quiet changemakers. From mentors to case managers, from volunteers to program coordinators, our staff dedicate their time and hearts to helping survivors rebuild. Their compassion turns our mission into daily action.
