About Us

Our Mission and Vision

iJourney Foundation’s mission is to empower survivors of cults, domestic
violence, abuse, and related hardships to rebuild their lives with dignity and
independence. We provide transitional housing, professional training, and
financial support so survivors can move from crisis and survival into long-term
stability. Through programs such as rent-free housing, insurance licensing
education, employment pathways, and legal or emergency assistance, we give
survivors the choice, safety, and opportunity that many of us once lacked.

Got questions? We've got answers. Explore our FAQ section for quick insights into our work, how you can get involved, and details about our impact.

1. Is my donation to iJourney Foundation tax-deductible?

iJourney Foundation has applied for recognition as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Once approved, donations will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and retroactive to our incorporation date. Until then, please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

2.  How does iJourney Foundation support survivors of abuse?

We provide three core programs:
• Safe Haven Housing — short-term, secure housing with meals.
• Pathways to Independence — funding for insurance licensing and exam prep.
• Bridge to Stability — covering survivors’ first month of on-the-job training until commissions begin.

3. Who can apply for iJourney Foundation’s programs?

Our programs are designed for survivors of abuse or violence who need a safe, supportive pathway to stability. Applicants may be referred by partner agencies, legal advocates, or apply directly through our intake process.

4. How are donations used?

Every dollar directly supports survivors by funding housing, meals, licensing fees, exam prep, and training programs. Administrative costs are kept minimal so the majority of funds go directly to survivor support.
