At iJourney Foundation, we know that long-term stability depends on more than shelter — it requires meaningful work and gainful employment. Survivors of abuse often face unique barriers to employment, from financial hardship to the need for identity protection under programs like the Arizona Address Confidentiality Program (ACP).

Pathways to Independence is our solution: a career-launch program that funds survivors’ insurance licensing and connects them to employers who respect their protected identities, ensuring safety and dignity in the workplace.

This campaign will fund licensing fees, training, exam prep, and job placement support for survivors entering the insurance industry and other secure employment pathways.

• $150 covers exam prep materials for one survivor.
• $300 funds a full licensing exam fee and application.
• $1,000 provides licensing, prep, and mentorship support for one survivor.
• $2,500 sponsors a small cohort of survivors through licensing and exam prep, moving them from survival to professional opportunity.
• $5,000 supports 10 survivors with licensing and career placement assistance.
